The Google sheet linked here will show those that have paid their dues and this will be updated periodically. This is your ‘receipt’ of payment. Contact me (Dan Goebert) as soon as possible of any discrepancies.

Payment of dues is required to be an official in good standing. Payment of dues after Jan. 22, 2026 will result in a $25 late fee. Failure to pay by the end of our league year, March 31 will remove you from IABBO. You will no longer receive any benefits to being a member and this will impact your ability to officiate IAABO and Board 60 affiliated events.

Other Updates

SPORTSMANSHIP RATINGS: Do not wait to submit a ratings. All Ejections should be reported, not just the one’s you think deserve a report.

MYNDERSE ACADEMY: There is construction at the gym entrance, which is located behind the school. Anyone having a game at Mynderse can park in front of the school and enter in the main entrance or the side of the school. The school expects construction to be completed at some point this season.

VIDEO CLIPS: Feel free to send video clips of your games (with crew permission) to board603ptc@gmail.com. These clips may be shared and used for educational purposes with the membership.

FIRST YEAR & JV OFFICIALS: Only varsity officials should be completing the TESA Rating for schools. If you encounter a serious issue during your game, please reach out to Todd Kirkey or Adrian Tyndell for assistance and guidance.

JV RATINGS: Varsity officials please provide the JV officials COMMENTS in their rating form. If you rate a JV official as a clinic in every category, we need to know why. Not just the official but for the end-of-the-year move-up meeting and to address repeated issues as early as possible. REMEMBER: Please keep comments professional! If you go all-clinic on an official be sure to give them LOTS OF COMMENTS!

DQ FORMS : If you happen to eject players for say fighting or unsporting behavior, or a coach for either, be sure to fill out the DQ Form posted in the Members Home area on the website under Interpreter’s Notes. Be sure to send it to Todd Kirkey and Section V within three days of your incident (preferably even earlier). If it is serious for the form, chances are our folks will have already heard about it and your report will help.
