We are in the thick of the season and the competitiveness has already kicked up a couple notches up. Please be prepared for anything in your games!!

One of the easier ways to be prepared is to simply show up and show up on time. This is in our Policies & Procedures posted to our website everyone is required to review annually.

“Make every effort to meet and ride together. Establish positive contact by Sunday for the week’s games. Positive contact is defined as a response from the contacted official confirming the assignment details, plans, and times to meet at the game site or other location. BOTH OFFICIALS are responsible for initiating positive contact. In the case of a replacement, the replacement official on the game is responsible for initiating the positive contact process. Acceptable forms of contact include face to face, phone, text, or email. If after 2 attempts to contact the partner(s) and there is no response, the assignor must be contacted.”

This is everyone’s responsibility. If you have an emergency or for some reason are running late to a game, you must contact appropriate parties. Your assignor is a good start but also the school and your partner.
