Our first varsity business meeting is Wednesday at 7 p.m. sharp at Brighton High School. Attendance sheets will be pulled at 7:05 p.m., so please arrive early to ensure that you receive credit. This will be strictly enforced!

50/50 Raffle
We plan to hold a 50/50 raffle at our business and interpretation meetings. Bring cash if you would like to purchase tickets.
Varsity Officials: Arbiter Availability
Make sure you complete your availability in Arbiter by Saturday, Oct. 17. Questions? Email Randy at rtrau@rochester.rr.com.
Three-Person Mechanics Training
We are looking for experienced officials who are available to help train at upcoming scrimmages. If interested, email Marlin Johnson or Todd Clausen. The committee will finalize a list of volunteers. New online refresher training also will be available throughout the season and posted to the website.
IAABO Central & Rules Test
Make sure you have registered for IAABO Central, which you will need to access this year’s test. The test will be administered at our meeting on Nov. 16. There will be a designated testing window but completion guidelines have changed. More details are coming. Remember, varsity officials must score at least 70% to be eligible for sectionals.
Recruiting New Officials
Know someone interested in becoming a basketball official? Refer them to John Greiner and/or Keegan Ryan to get them started. They can also attend an upcoming clinic meeting listed on our website, and contact/register on the website.
